• Home Delivery (within Cairo): Delivery time begins from the date your order is placed and continues until our delivery associate makes the first attempt to deliver to your specified address.

• Home Delivery (outside Cairo): Orders destined for locations outside Cairo will be fulfilled through third-party shipping companies. Delivery timelines and fees may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

• Store Pickup: Pickup time begins from the date your order is placed and ends when you receive a confirmation call to collect your order from the selected store location.
